Our job is to analyse each documentation for shareholders general meeting for certain listed companies and identify the key issues or where the Company’s approach is not in accordance with best practice or our guidelines. So far, we have covered companies listed on Bucharest Stock Exchange, Vienna Stock Exchange, Warsaw Stock Exchange, London Stock Exchange, Frankfurt Stock Exchange, Madrid Stock Exchange, Borsa Italiana and Prague Stock Exchange.
